“Sandpiper Blue” necklace

My original “Kaleidoscope Sandpiper” painting was done in purples and yellows for a little girl named Piper. I changed the colors here to shades of blue to create a more calming effect.

I absolutely loved working on this piece. The supplies I used were Staedtler watercolor paints and a Pilot Precise black pen.

I then placed the image in a bezel and poured Ice Resin over it to create this unique “Sandpiper Blue” necklace.

Sandpipers are busy little birds and they remind us to stay grounded in our personal and professional lives. They adapt to their environment quickly and focus on the task at hand.

In dreams, they could symbolize listening to something you don’t want to hear.
